Our process ensures that you have access to seamless, thoughtful, high-level support

Our process - for students:

1

What are you looking for?

The first step is a free 15-minute consultation where you’ll be asked a few questions to help us tailor our suggestions for support. After your consultation, you will receive a summary email with a link to schedule sessions with a Learning Specialist at meeting times convenient to you/your student. You will be required to sign a waiver (or have your parents sign the waiver, if you’re under 18) and pay for the selected services in advance.

2

Participate in support tailored to your needs and goals.

Complete a questionnaire in advance of your first Learning Specialist Consultation to help communicate your specific needs and goals with your Learning Specialist. The Learning Specialist will use your questionnaire answers to help guide your first session. From the start, we aim to support you with being the chief driver of your learning.

3

Be ready to engage in a self-reflective process.

Your Learning Specialist will support you with prompts for metacognitive self-reflection. In other words, you will consistently be guided to reflect on the strategies you’ve learned, articulate what’s working, and what additional supports may be needed to help you meet your goals. After each meeting, your Learning Specialist will write you an email summarizing the session and inviting your questions and reflections.
